Just trying to digest the news. Looks like I might be the proud owner of......nothing. An asset shell called BCL where everything has been transferred to Cockatiel and LLM own all of that. No mine, no licenses, no assets in BCL. LLM are going to try to help recapitalise BCL so it can search for new assets. Thanks for that. Hope it's not a new PCI coal mine.
Lots of gaps in this. Where have Noble et al gone? Have they just dropped big money and gone away? They would be locked into the BCL shell the same as the small holders, as it looks like LLM is going it alone. LLM seem to want to privatize Cockatiel (unless they intend to list it themselves). Employees transfer to new entity.
Need to read things more carefully, but it looks all over.
