Some experience. There needs to be a formal announcement from the administrators, that any return to shareholders is unlikely. The announcement usually uses the words "Declaration of worthless shares". Ask your accountant.
At this stage, the administrators have only said "they are looking to sell the shell company, to at least return some value to the share holders"...which is code for "we'll bleed the funds dry before sending to the wall"
