    I have not got mine. In the web notices they say-
    Monday, 2 November 2009 Retail Entitlement Offer opens
    (but then-)
    Thursday, 5 November 2009. Despatch of entitlement and acceptance forms to retail shareholders.
    So they are posting offers last Thursday but opened the offer a week ago...

    I live in the country mail area so we get our mail a day later than the city. Should arrive soon.
    Don't know anything about the other stuff.
    Don't know if will take up the offer.
