    I haven't received my entitlement documents, yet.
    I rang the registry about them and asked about applying for me

    first up it appears that you can't apply for more than your allocation

    secondly, you can download the entitlement documents from the computershare website.

    I did that and paid for my shares via bpay.

    all done and dusted
