It will be very interesting as to what transpires over the next few days. I can't help thinking that this is a set play, but I might be wrong. CAJ and IDX announcements appear to be in tandem. Surprise, surprise there will be a medical professional on the Board of the new conglomerate! So entrepreneurs and bean-counters don't run the world after all!! With a large amount of the capital held by funds, there could be some other board appointments! GLTA.
