    Reckon it’ll do well if priced/structured appropriately. Some good shareholders there too - Thorney and Perennial tend to follow their money so aftermarket should be decent if Regal can be controlled.

    Anyone have any idea why it’s listing in Australia when it seems to be a UK focussed business? Not a deal breaker but I’m always sceptical of foreign companies listing on the ASX...generally to take advantage of valuation arbitrage IMO which I don’t consider to be a good thing.
