If Ms L accepts then all remaining s/holders will be close to compulsory acquisition as she has approx 25% and we are now up to 41.6%. In that situation if D is starting to get close to 90% and D threatens compulsory acquisition of rest of shares, remaining s/holders may as well accept as they will get money along with others who've accepted earlier.
It is possible that once D gets over 50.1% giving it control of wcu but does not look like its going to get close to 90% and offer is getting to closing date then there may be an extension and a higher offer IMO.
