Their appears to be a very strong board at MND and I would expect that they would be looking at every half decent option and perhaps picking up new business (possibly in new areas) because of their strength and expertise, well aware that even if their tender prices may not be the lowest (but are competitive) they are still likely to be successful especially for the larger contract opportunities. Clients don't want to be stuffed around by contractors constrained by financial issues.
