Pinto, it is fair value today because that's what punters are willing to pay, and more importantly, those selling must believe they are getting a fair price. If it was a dead certainty to rise in SP then everyone would be buying. There was plenty of "guesses" that the SP would rise to $2 and beyond following the DoD announcement, only to be shifted upward at a rate of knots when the 4c came out, with a high probability of a huge takeover offer. Nup! It's at fair value and that's that. The market factored in the DoD contract long ago, and the 4c, and similarly it has factored in the long term (Long term) gains of this stock.
Having said that I believe we will see significant increases from time to time and over the long term.
