    And there are laws re manipulation of trading and laws which govern banks, but that never stopped the GFC and the fraud in the banks. Not one executive has been charged over any of the banking or Wall St scams from the GFC, they are considered too important to the U.S. to hurt!!!
    Operation interests of banks and the government will always override the law!!
