It's great to compare yourself to competitors but there are points of difference between the two companies giving them slightly different target markets .

It's my understanding that no company in Australia are yet to harvest enough quality hemp seed to satisfy markets or supply chains.

A few companies may have been undoubtedly harvesting for non consumable products over previous years however on a scale & quality that would unlikely place them in a position to meet supply/demand needs since legalization 12 months ago.

Vitahemp too have not been able to meet supply for hemp seed & have sold out at times.

The products like flour & oil are easier to supply because your doubling up when you cold press the oil, leaving the secondary product like flour from the pulp.

CGL are well positioned to build on their product range with Red Tractor which is currently limited due to supply issues. Red Tractor are currently selling imported hemp seed & our oils, flour etc however I'm sure they would love to talk business regarding our Aussie grown seeds once we can demonstrate a reliable supply.

There will be customers putting what's most affordable in the pantry & customers looking for the home grown symbol, it's my hope that CGL can find that sweet spot appealing to both demographics.

There is room for EXL & CGL so no need to peek over into the other cubicle & compare.

If your looking at QBL/CGL from purely an investment point of view the risks remain high but so too the rewards.

In my opinion like all sectors you can probably hold more than one stock in hemp/mm but probably try to limit your exposure to any one.

so what is your opinion on AEB now that they have joined the mm market and QBL have invested in them.
They are suffering hard on share price at the moment mainly due to there licence still not being approved which they applied for 12months ago.
They seem a solid investment if everything goes to plan as they have a lot of parts of the MM maker covered.
