I rang last year to put in a complaint against Enzo Raimondo, CEO the REIV,

I rang the OOFT and they said i had to ring the agent and try and sort it first lol,

So i rang Enzos PA and asked for him, explained i was reporting him to the OOFT for misleading and deceptive conduct and they told me to ring and try and sort it out first, she was real happy, believe me lol,

And then Enzo rang me the next day, ROTFLMAO, what a classic, he was not happy lol
