    I guess it will come down to "who has to sell" and "who gets nervous". I think without news (P/O's and Nasdaq) then $3 or less is definitely on the cards.

    I can't see TZ wanting it to hover there or below forever though as it will make their IPO plans so much harder and I believe they will need to lower their IPO price target as a consequence.
