Could be if they used CPS capital for their raises in the past. EPM have used them in the past, as well as LIN, GGG (but there's still intrest there from some directors of CPS). I've only quickly searched up but it seems LIN isn't going to be using CPS, hence the concerns. Kinda undermines HC.
