You better call them again and ask to speak to the manager to clarify.

My friend has his old holding converted and received BOTA share certificate for this holding from American Stock Transfer & Co LLC dated 8 Nov 2012.

The 20,000 lot he purchased on the last trading day 30 Oct is settled by his broker on 2 Nov 2012, but still not delivered.

He contacted The American Stock Transfer and check his holding, but nothing has been settled to date.

Legally, there is nothing to stop you guys to ask for your money back and buy directly from the NASDAQ. The seller is clearly failed on their part of the contractual arrangement, so this contact can be voided. I have advised my friend to follow up with his broker for the money back and buy directly on the NASDAQ tonight.
