    They know what they are doing...why buy on market when you can trash the shareprice and get in for pennies.....

    send a message and vote NO to the placement of shares to directors....not only that but they want to be able to place another 15% to institutions and sophisticated investors later in the year...... approx another 14mil shares .......so much for working within cashflow and JVs....
