anyone else having trouble finding out about the options offer?

i sent multiple applications nearly 2 weeks ago. the cheques haven't been banked.

trying to find out weather the applications have even arrived at their intended destination has been a major task.

Russell Brimage doesn't reply to emails,
Jack Toby didn't return my phonecall.
Computershare employs duds who don't have a clue whats going on.

notice how quick they alloted their own free options.

i think they are showing poor form and decided to put a stop on the cheques, they can use the application forms as toilet paper.
