re: dodgy chinese lion They cashed my large cheque 12 days ago - I certainly won't be impressed if they don't go ahead with this issue - I wonder if the Chinese connection has upset the applecart here.
They took the decision to issue the prospectus for 20mil options - they obviously filled it within the first week, banked & cleared the cheques at least a week or more ago, surely they can't cancel the issue now & if they were going to do that then surely they would have done that promptly & returned my money by now.
I'll certainly chase by mid-week if they haven't resolved this by then - shareholders have already been defrauded by one set of executives in this company - enough is enough.
