I guess the new management have seen something worthwhile in this company. Why else would they have found a bargain, got involved at the managerial level and then decided for themselves that the company had the goods to make a go of it.

If you look at it this way ... why else are they backing their vision for the company with their own money and the intention to bid to purchase???

Makes you wonder what they have planned to make it work. And knowing the now former CEO is on the board of a number of highly successful companies ... the future ... while slow intially will probably be a profitable journey.
