I would think that this is a discussion that has already been had?
Logic would tell us that I believe, I very much doubt that either Silex or Cameco would have gone this far where they are committed to paying for the development of the technology once the term sheet became binding, besides the US have been spruiking that they have a method of being the best in the world, I doubt they could ever do that with a centrifuge technology and still be competitive with either Russia or the Chinese?
