Well to my way of thinking, I would be absolutely livid if this hadn't been sorted before they signed off on the term sheet committing them to pay ongoing fees at Wilmington not knowing what the outcome would be, it would make no sense at all.
But I will say one thing, the Yanks are stuffed if they think they can beat the Russians and Chinese on enrichment without the Silex technology and if they did renege? then they would have no right whatsoever in stopping GLE or the guts of it at least, moving to either Australia or Canada.
