The point im unclear on is that in the ann of 14/11, it states that 877 GCN holders will be entitled to free shares in P1, and goes on to say that "...there are now more than 900 shareholders in Priority One." That sentence is a bit hard to understand however as it states before the distribution to GCN shareholders so difficult to say for certain how many P1 has, 900+ excluding GCN or 900+ including?
My reading of it is that the majority of shareholders by spread - not by quantity - are GCN recipients. Therefore the 877 were gifted holders and the 13+ are others of perhaps varying consideration. It's about the spread not the quantity held.
Again maybe a simple explanation. If they have advisors working on the admission to ASX should have been picked up.
