    an attempt to buy over 18million shares at .004 totalling close to $74,000... that's a substantial buy for ADR, someone just hit the top 20 list for sure...

    come on lets see some real money hit us... I want the market to get excited and see a 200%++ jump in a blink... could easy happen if they finally landed a serious contract/deal
