    I agree, it is great to see a company who genuinely cares about its retail holders. I think too often companies only focus their attention towards instos and top 20 SH's, whilst neglecting any concerns from their retail shareholders. ADR has gone above an beyond here, great work by Rick and the rest of the management team.
