    Hi toastman

    As i understand it IMI is in suspension due to failing to lodge a half yearly report.

    IMI in my view is in deep financial problems and the sp shows this as it cant even be sold ie .001 seller.

    If IMI were to be put into administration then liquidation i would bet my last dollar thats the end of IMI in its currecnt form.

    A Deed of Company Arrangement could occur but existing shareholders would be diluted down to almost zero holding.

    Not good news here
