if you mean today's announcement about the extension of the placement expiry date, then it means that the shares are not exactly oversubscribed. Expect an announcement between now and then to create interest in the placement.
In the meantime, someone is greedily gobbling up the shares in huge chunks on market at 1.5c, happy to take on the old tired, disillusioned and bored bulls.
At these price levels, I'm happy to take up the stock, the upside/downside equation favours the former.
