I am interested in your concept particularly for my super fund. I think to get an 8 to 10% headstart on yield before capital gains even get looked not a bad strategy. Though it sounds like you timing of entry/exit is by gut feel?
Can I ask how reset preference shares operate? Do they convert to fully paid shares at the end of a set period?
I am aware preference shares give a guaranteed dividend, but what does the 'reset' imply?
