There's two sides to the vote. The first is tonight, the next is "later in the week"

"The U.S. Senate was due to vote Wednesday evening on the revised bailout plan, putting pressure on the House of Representatives when it votes again on the measure, probably later in the week."

We won't know if two parties agree for a few days...... From the way I understand it..
