Regardless of your spirital persuasions, Pope John-Paul 2 was a pretty cool guy. He had the guts to fight against war, poverty and numerous other issues.
He put his beliefs out there and helped to create a better world.
Of course everyone dies.
That is life.
Mourning, remembering the life of a person, be that a Pope, a star, a politician, a famous stock broker ... (please name one), is everyone's right.
Just because we are capitalist's (well shivers, if you aren't, why are you into shares, to give the money to the poor, yeah right...), does not mean that we should ignore our humanistic qualities.
It is OK not to appear shallow, rude and blunt.
