I think to assume we are at the back end of the drought is being optimistic at this point as there is no significant forecast for rain on the models at the moment. Given that the current ginning estimate will be 150-175K bales as per their half year report this will lead to impairment of there assets and significant negative cash flow. I suspect even the bank who renewed the facilities for 12 months wouldn't have expected it to get this bad and they did note amendments to the covenants so suspect that cant be great.
Good luck to you if you hold but I would be concerned about this one. Highly speculative to say the least.
