I think the Voice will fail and I hope it does in all honesty as I view it creating a separate section in our collective constitution for the unexplainable benefits to a small minority of the entire population. Smells very undemocratic to me and driven by some smart activists who see this approach as a path to separate representation, treaties and reparations which will all be paid by the other 97% of us who cannot even vote or select the Voice representatives as these are only chosen by again the small minority.
It’s a ridiculous idea given support by well meaning Albo who thinks he will look racist if he disagrees with pretty much anything proposed by the activists. My thoughts anyway and it was No from when I first heard about the idea.
