Txs @petewoos; all the way back when - Phillipa's time - it made sense to me to have a product which saved time and resources for care homes. The problem by now has to be that others must have figured this out by now, if it makes sense, and from the way I understand the company we might have a (new) product now but our customers are all locked down for another year as they are the most vulnerable! By which time the cash will be gone ..... again.
