Same thing happened with ADY with YA-Global. We all thought YAG was becoming a substantial shareholder through all the allocated shares but they never did. Apparently, YAG sold the parcels of shares soon after they were allocated, without a single notice ever being made, and the price declined.
Over time the shares being allocated became too cheap and would not cover the debt. So the lithium mine got sold (along with the CEO) to pay out YAG.
As a result of this the CEO got setup in his own lithium mine minus the shareholders who paid for it, YAG got all their money back, shareholders lost everything.
Same thing happened with ADY with YA-Global. We all thought YAG...
