does anyone else find this laughable

I for one find this part of the government statement totally laughable.

'In its response, Linc noted that the complaint and summons served by the DEHP was not specific about the nature of the alleged damage.'

Would be like the cops arriving at your house kicking down your door and saying we dont know exactly what you have done but we will charge you with something so we dont look stupid.
