how can the board let alone shareholders be comfortable with the CEO sitting on both sides of the ledger here as both debt and equity. how is he going to be acting in the shareholders best interests when he's sitting opposite them as a major creditor if the business doesn't get back on track. a lot of this cash is going to just pay for money already spent and the balance will get swallowed up pretty quickly would be my guess. co working spaces are in for the fight of their lives. will any prevail?
