    Why would anyone want to take it over ? It has earnings of 2c for last 12 mths and p/e of 34. Last h/y announcement saw earnings increase from 0.8cps to 1.1 cps (+37%) according to commsec. Not sure what the asset backing is. Div yield is about 1.5% franked.
