    I can understand your frustration. A stock with potentially a mega-phosphate deposit in arguably the most politically stable country in north Africa and at a time when the richest farming lands in the world are being baked to a frizzle just does not make sense.
    Maybe its lack of action is due to its chief executive swanning around Paris rather than getting down to the job of progressing a drilling program.
