does anyone have info in the power station

Hi guys this new announcement is very exciting, however does anyone know if this power station exists currently or is it to be developed? If it is to be developed, what are the risks that it may not happen.

From what I can read it sounds like its there already, however I had a feeling that it may not be.

Also what does another 300mt equate to in PJ?
Is 300mt JORC not worth more than 15m? If so it would intimate that the incoming co believes that there is movement in the CNX price to come?
