Hamish's YUM type investments have provided significant out performance over the last five years for their investment products. This is what has contributed to the significant inflows in FUM.
By the way the net inflows for December alone were $660 million dollars, and was $837 million for November and at the start of November they received commitments for their first UK mandate of £1.5 billion.
I do agree that people's enthusiasm for the company may have pushed the share price ahead of itself, but you are incorrect to say the company has nothing to "crow about".
