I hold APM shares following a recommendation ,maybe I should...

I hold APM shares following a recommendation ,maybe I should have done more homework. Looking at their website there is not really much of substance there.
About 36 properties for rental although main business stated is rental management of course.
According to their last financials they need to get another acquisition in my opinion to get up a head of steam. Even then, there a lot of debt. How long to get their head above water?
Any thoughts out there or revelations from other punters?
