Yes..tidying up....there is nothing like occupying your time and trying to justify a big salary like plucking the low hanging fruit...It's the old '' look how much I've done'' fall-back
10 months to announce the corporate restructure?..for crying out loud, this isn't Google...should have taken 1 month
There is, imo, only one way to determine the level of faith of an executive in the companies they run..look at the amount of shares they actually BOUGHT in the company. We all know POH's record in this department.
