Ha, hate to get in the way of a good broadside at a listing ship - but it wasn't legal fees he was talking about. It was "development deals and commercial deals (total deal value exceeding $75 million)"... so my thinking was along hottod's logic - it must (largely) be the Mylan i-v deal.
If Ross M's confidence that the relationship with Mylan is still intact - and that the first payday is Q1 2017... Maybe there is life in the old (POH) dog yet??
Or stormer could be right (saying the big seller is more likely someone trying to takeover the company opportunistically) and there may already be someone stalking the company - at below current cash backing??
