It's a very good point TL. Material information must be disclosed but they will hide behind the veil of confidentiality.
The confirmation of material information is in existence with the company's statement claiming directors can't buy on legal advice. We must assume it's Mylan related.
Maybe the lawyers representing us "POH" should seek clarification on the need under continual disclosure to share this material information with shareholders.
