    jeff braysich up on asic charges for false & misleading mkt trading in stocks with dean scook..guess who is a big holder in AGU jeff baby..stay away very very suspect people in yrr/agu//gpn//...type in dean scook on google & get the idea..all these off mkt takeovers are nothing more then shareholder fleecing by crooks..
