Listen, your barking up the wrong tree in this silly theory.

The emergency exits are locked during flight to prevent some turkey from opening one mid-air causing massive and sudden decompression. This is done by the electronic flight lock system which uses a low voltage NO circuit to centrally control the locking whilst the plane is off the ground. You can't just open a door in flight. There is a fail safe which kicks in the case of power loss which is designed to automatically unlock the emergency exits in case of a crash.

Second thing to note is that the lone survivor stated "When I got up, there were bodies all around me". If he jumped whilst in mid air with the plane traveling at high speed then he would be nowhere near the bodies from the impact explosion or anybody who manage to squeeze through the door before or after him.

Finally I note some advice from somebody with experience with these doors who said "By the way if you ever have to open one of these hatches, pull the release and let the door do its own thing. any attempt to hold on to it will launch you out of the aircraft. Also, of course, stay clear if your on the outside when one is opened". When the plane crashed and the fuselage started to brake apart the internal wiring which runs through the frame would have snapped, instantly unlocking doors on that circuit through loss of DC power. If somebody had already tried to disarm the door and was still hanging onto it when the power went out they could have been launched out immediately when the cable snapped.

Its just nice to hear that somebody survived this horrible crash. If you are going to work on a conspiracy theory please at least gain some basic knowledge of what you are talking about first. don't use the deaths of hundreds to fuel your own hatred of something unrelated.
