Yea, if volume has dropped by 50% then I can only imagine the contribution margins they report will drop signicantly with no way to recover.

I wonder if the redundancies will include any management roles, I had hopes when the US board came on that we'd see big changes to steer the ship, but seems like very little has changed at an operational level.

There were some announcements for new execs but clearly not enough influence to chnage the status quo.
