I hope your ENT Doctor can help. Ask her about Epley Maneuver, which helped me some time ago.
A bit of debris in the balance canals can cause vertigo, the maneuvers are designed to move it to a benign place.
Just a thought, I am only a patient, not an authority. But GL, you deserve some of that.
