Thank you JandJ. My ENT thinks it could be a rear condition called Mal de disembarkment Syndrome.Itvis a persistent perceptual motion defect. I will look up the other one you mentioned so thsnk you for that. I have to go for vestibular testing and see a vestibular physio. There is no cure for it but may be able to help a little.
