does anyone know much about these companies?

I checked at the ASX site and found out IUL were suspended for no payment of ASX fees in 2011. IUL have dabbled in all sorts of things but have been obviously unlucky punters. Still have no idea how SLE can prop them up given their present financial position. Not sure what deeds of novation mean but must involve some finacial movement of cash.
