ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 21st FEBUARY 2007
CLARIFICATION OF PREVIOUS ASX RELEASE
Further to our previous announcement dated 21st February 2007 titled ÒLetter of Intent
Signed for Acquisition of Witbank Coal ProjectÓ, the board of Centralian Minerals
Limited would like to clarify that the quantum of coal discussed does not meet the JORC
Code for being classified as a ÒresourceÓ and as such any reference to ÒresourceÓ should
be interpreted as ÒmineralisationÓ.
In addition, any statements identifying quantum are conceptual in nature and are subject
to technical a review that is currently underway.
